Vietnam Tour

I had e-scouted this site on the intertubes, and by all accounts, it was a good place to get a different view of Seattle. If you are positioned correctly, you cab also get some great taillight trails. What the accounds didn't seem to mention was that after about 10 pm, the place turns into Trader Joes for druggies.
As soon as I had set up, I was approached from two sides - one from the cover of a shelter on the North side, and the oter from a parked car on the South. Both were curious as to exactly what I was doing - because it is never really clear what some guy with a camera on a tripod pointing at a scene is going to do next. When I explained that I was "taking a picture" they seemed really impressed - the guy from the car even commented "itll be a grate pikture - wud bea bettr if dat tre wasnt their - tell u wat - 4 10 buks i'LL cuttit down 4 u?"
I politly declined his request, sped off, took the picture, jumped in the car, picked up the tripod, and narrowly missed the guy from the hut (this order may seem strange - but when things all happen simultaneously, the order doesn't matter)
So how did I know they were druggies? Just instinct i suppose - and maybe that unmistakeable smell.....
